If we want to do our best work — as humans and as companies — we must create the conditions where it's safe to continuously experiment and learn. This requires us to be vulnerable, human, resilient, and responsive. It also requires us to be brave.
As we build and run our organizations — no matter size or industry — we will continually face struggle. It’s not about changing that or eliminating it altogether. It’s about unlearning the ways of working that don't serve us, and equipping ourselves with the principles, practices, and tools that will support us in moving through the uncertainty, tension, fear, and stories we face every day with intention and grace.
